Dee Baldus is an actress in Los Angeles and has long been an advocate for those
who need a voice.  She volunteered at the San Diego County Foster Care Facility
in the 1990’s.  While there she developed a plan for the incoming children to
calm and assure them that they were safe while being processed into the
system.

Since moving to Los Angeles in 2000, she has become increasingly more active with homeless animals and their adoption. Living in cities that have active military personnel, it also came to her attention that there needs to be a solution to assist the wounded veterans in healing and reintroduction into civilian life.

The two came together in one idea and Paws for Troops was born!  Dee is the Executive Director and working hard to get this foundation up and running.
